Yeah, been a thing for a while. Every day the shouts are bad. Literally the only reason I use Wynntils is to toggle shouts so I don't have to see people like Vova lol

In my experience most people never get punished unless you directly report them, not even with /report I mean directly messaging mods

The shouters are a (literally) loud minority. Ive found most people to be good.
