I already commented on another thread on the subject. Saya's thread, where I think I explained my point very clearly. If you think 'I will fucking kill you' was an attempt at an argument then you need to learn how to read.
That post was written under the assumption that people had already read my post on Saya's thread, given that it's a popular thread on the subject of skill points.
Without context it seemed more of a ''i have no evidence against this so i'm just going to insult you'' than a ''i already said why this isn't true elsewhere''
I read your comment on Saya's thread and what you said is perfectly true, the classes don't need to focus on one element. The point of the theory is that the classes are THEMED on the elements, and do not force you to stick to the theme
Except there is no way in which either the most powerful, the most common, the easiest, the most intuitive, spell conversions, or much of anything actually coincide with the elements listed (or any element at all)
My point isn't that you don't need to focus on one particular element per class (while that's also true). It's that the classes don't show any significant bias to a particular element other than the fact that some elements are just better in general.
I choose my words very carefully, believe it or not. My arguments very seldom contain any point that I haven't literally pointed out. I almost always say everything I mean, and mean everything I say.
The exception being when I'm being sarcastic, joking or assume something to be prior knowledge, both of which are the case on ice bear's thread. I'm sorry that my post just came across as a random attack in isolation, I guess I shouldn't expect everyone to have to read up on everything I say.
Fair enough, you made your point clear and I agree. I feel bad for OX's feed though because there's just gonna be like 14 notifications for profile post responses
