Yes, try Fraps. It's about 35 bucks for the actual one, but if you don't mind the waterproofing it's fine.

I have Fraps. Tried to put up a 15min video. YT told me it was going to take 32hours to upload. I flipped a table and cancelled it.

Export it at 480 or 360p from your editor, idk if yours gives you that option

You should really try to figure out the cause of the lag first. If its because of your PC/laptop, then there are nothing you can do about it.

I discussed it with someone a week or so ago and he thinks it's my encoding software. The raw footage is fine, no lag, but when I encode it so that I can upload it to YT the quality takes a nosedive.
