= 86.4% damage reduction

Now to try for something I can't afford

Which leads to... 100*(1-((1-0.808)*(1-0.5)*(1-0.808)))
=98.1568% damage reduction

9k 2 mana meteor

Def:
95.8% dmg reduction (agility averaged)

QoL:
- Only 3/4 mana steal, no mana regen
- 56% ws
- 20k health
- No hpr
- 7 mana heal
- 1500/4 life steal

very reasonable build, 1/8 damage taken (build above was 1/24, above that was 1/54)(so the max tankiness build takes a further 1/6 of the damage this build will do)

This is all canned, thorns & reflection don't stop damage
