When CT members complete projects for the game, they get karma. If you look on the CT chat thread with screenshots, the number next to their name is the karma they have earned. It used to sync with the forums but has been broken for a long time now.

This is what I say as well, except instead of being busy I just scrap the whole thing entirely around 80% of the time

They added "Booster Cookies"- they're a consumable that lasts 4 days, but is only purchasable with IRL money (~ $2.50 per, I believe). They're really essential buffs to always have active, and that's without knowing most of the actually possible ones.

Thing is- they're sellable on the HSB version of the trade market, which means that players can literally buy themselves to being rich instantly, if they so wish.

For (for example) Wynn this would just be pretty damn scummy to do, but for HSB, pretty much the entire point of it is gaining money. Which has now officially been made possible without any effort in-game whatsoever.
