even if you do every single quest as soon as it's offered you still need to grind to level up...

I mean you’re gonna be broke if you just grind grind mobs and even more if you dungeon grind unless you get extremely
lucky and find a good fabled/any kind of mythic and most quests after lvl 80 give 1+ LE or if not at least something else that benefits you in some way

First playthrough you should do quests. After that idc, but first playthrough they're a must so you actually know what's going on and don't end up broke af.

Lol I skipped through like 25 quests, I"m gonna actually do a few that give 1+ LE.

Wait should I abuse the cave where CoW is (But like before that) for emeralds or just use Seavale, I see to have more luck in that cave where CoW is (But before like with the mass waves of mobs) than searching seavale (Seavale I get 1 EB per 5 mins but the other option is like at least 2 EB per 5 mins)

both are really slow methods tbh

Idk about the CoW cave but Seavale kinda sucks in helping to make money (Maybe I should put on my breathing Helmet 2 i still have)
