i mean youre still not going to use it for a pure spell spam build lol but you can do some special things with it

such as this build, which has -4 mana regen with max mr. that means youll be regenerating mana at the slowest pace possible, but you dont get drained.

you still rely on mana steal for the majority of your mana, but you dont need to follow the 4 second cycles of traditional lunar builds

i mean it can work yeah but youll have like -10 mana regen which kinda wastes the unique chance
also that -life steal is massive even if your heals are good
