Moderators don't give out punishments when there is a lack of evidence, thus meaning if you get a ban, it is deemed righteous in the eye of that moderator. In some cases we cannot ask questions, nor would it change the outcome. If you really do think the actions taken were unrighteous, you can discuss this with the moderator in question on your ban appeal.
@RemRin it's interesting, how you say "Moderators don't give out punishments when there is a lack of evidence". And previously I got unbanned "under insufficient evidence". It literally says at my ban appeal, you can read it for yourself. And I did contact the moderator, no success. That's why I formed a complaint to the administration team itself.
What seems like sufficient evidence to the moderator who gave the punishment can be proven wrong by the person receiving it, which is what i assume happened in your case. Also if you have complaints about certain members of the mod team, the admins are not the ones who you should bother, see: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/moderation-team-individual-moderator-feedback.252691/
@RemRin I used that as well, and I do think it's needed to draw the administration team's attention to this case, since mods have way too much authority, and if someone doesn't oversee them, they will become even more unrighteous.
And i am certain it's not, that is the sole reason why moderator managers exist in the first place, to keep people from bombarding the admins with this sort of stuff. Mod managers also never pick sides without reasoning, they are fair people. If you really do have problems with one, go to the other.
@RemRin as I stated my concerns, it's pretty clear that after this I don't trust the moderator managers. That's why I feel like this case can be only solved with the help of the administration team, and that's why I've contacted them already.
