Well, I usually don't really watch youtube videos of games being played. Not even by popular youtubers.
So I can't really compare it to videos of others.

The only point I can make is only this:
The text is hard to read. White text with a black outline can be read on -any- color. That's why you often see it in movie subtitles.

The problem is that I use Movie maker, and I dont know if its possible in it.

There are several free video editing problems, or free ways to get them. Try googling.
Make sure you have your virus scanner enabled, though.
