It varies a lot, but I suppose someone well-off would be like 30+ stacks. Then there are some "traders" (Mainly scammers) who are worth 100+. Very few extremely rich people got there without scamming at some point. 20-40 is probably fairly standard for an established community member who is high level, although you have a lotta variation.
