Download Minecraft from the official website. Launch using version 1.9.4 (I believe that's the best version), go to Multiplayer, add a server with the IP play.wynncraft.com and you're ready to go. Make sure you've got resource packs enabled in the server settings.
In the server, either use your compass or go through the portal to select a world. You'll be asked to pick a class here. Once you finish the tutorial, you're free to go nearly anywhere you'd like. If you need any more help, go to https://wynncraft.com/help.
Actually, 1.9 versions are the worst versions to go with for Wynn in particular, since they have the least support for blocks, entities and items, crashes your game if any of the aforementioned things haven't been manually set a replacement to, has no text on signs, and will be the first to lose complete support. 1.12.x > 1.13.x > 1.14.x > 1.11.x > 1.10.x > 1.9.x
