lament does a load more damage, and much more water dmg. Mana regen isn’t needed by the weapon, as the armor can easily compensate for that.

too much isn’t needed. 16 mr isn’t much more than like 10. It’s uneccesary if it reaches like the 14s.

above 11/4 is excessive typically, because then you can have mana steal as well
