And the guy who just posted isnt posting non-swarm messages? Besides one message isnt the end of the world :p

it is specificly stated a few months ago by acer that people who post non-swarm messages can get a forum warn, also the guy did say the server restarted so it does not classify as a non-swarm message. also, quite a few people watch the thread and use a program that alerts them when something is posted on the tracker.
