If its a mechanical keyboard, pull the keycaps out carefully (key cap puller would be best) and then wipe the blood off with a q-tip or cottonball using rubbing alcohol. If it's a membrane keyboard (you know, your average keyboard that you see everyday) then you can do the same thing, but getting down to the edges is a little tricky since the keys aren't always built to be removed.
