Eating someone's head straight away isn't a good idea. The best method is to pin down the prey using your body, secure your teeth inside the skin of the skull, snap the neck of your prey, then eat the head. That way, you don't have to try and eat the head straight away while the prey is still struggling, and can help avoid damage to your jaw.
