I quit because it was a bug that stopped a big part of the game to begin with, that combined with an annoyance and whatever else was happening then. The Sandy Scandal quest ended up bugging at the final stage and I cant finish the quest cause I cant enter the spot under the bank

well lucky for you they just fixed that

did they? cause I checked on there about 30 mins before I sent a message to Cree and it was still broken

"Don't let the bandits escape!" and I know what would fix it, if some admin or something teleported me into the instance then I could complete it

Can you try going into the hideout, and do the timed parkour again ?

I have tried before, I cant enter the hideout, or the final part of the quest, or talk to any of the npcs, I have tried redoing the whole quest already incase one of the npcs or zones would work and let me through to go to the end. If I am right, the reason the bug happened is since I died right after finishing the fight, so the game decided, oh the player cant die here.
