Third eye was overpowered, and the jester set was touched when we looked at all the raw spell and I like where it is now

It just seems a bit weird that it went from a helmet that gives you more attackig power to a helmet that gives you more deffensive capabilities.

It never really was focused on offense, it was always intended to be defensive iirc, and the raw spell pushed it to being too offensive. I would still argue it's too strong imo

I don't really know how stats work or how to balance them so I can't argue.
