What does the subject matter in regards to their quality? It isn't that they only do NSFW things, it's just that's what they happened to be commissioned for mostly.
Some artists are commissioned only for NSFW but do SFW too, but sometimes it's not the artists fault if they receive that many particular orders. They accept them because that earns them a lot of money and that's what works best.
I will personally commission an artist called foxboy83 on FA in the future for a full body sketch (like this: http://sh.silouatien.fr/WbWILUkd ). His gallery is composed mainly of NSFW art, but his SFW art is as good quality, he just doesn't receive many orders like this.
