Also, are you using enhanced?

I have this problem a lot when my wi-fi sucks, try rebooting your router

I’m using Wynn enhanced, I restarted my WiFi, I tried just optifine, restarted pc, none work

for future reference, enhanced uses the IP play.wynncraft.org and that doesnt work anymore
if you are using the IP play.wynncraft.org change it to play.wynncraft.com or play.wynncraft.net

If you really want to use a modpack you can check for others, but you dont necessarily need a modpack to play. Any basic vanilla version from 1.8 to 1.12 is fine.
