If you're speaking of the skill points required, I just did the maths with the most optimal way of equiping the items. And that's just not possible, I ended up with 235 sp required (wynndata say 255, I may have done an error, or since it's an impossible case, maybe the website side (But probably me)), you only receive a maximum of 200 sp, the stuff you want ask way too much skill points.

Sorry I missed this in the past.... well the reason is simple... they changed all the damages before sharing the build, as you can see they put "9999" in every damage bonus input (below skill points).... so yeah...

If you do edit build -> load build again you get the real values from the build (this: https://wynndata.tk/s/0QRCbX) ;)
