Well, in your one brain cell, there's a lot going on, such as the nucleus storing your DNA, the mitochondria powering the cell, the vacoule storing stuff, etc
If you passed 7th grade science, you would know that all of the stuff I mentioned above are called organelles, and they are like organs, but in your cell(s) rather than your body
