However you're partially inside the tank, which means you are in the tank. Therefore you're in the bag. Plus the bag isn't just around the tank, it's around your existence. Get nerded.

Is a tank flexible? No. Is it mainly used for carrying things? no. Therefore a tank is not a bag. Also, I can destroy the bag, as flexible material, can be blown up.
Oh to add on, the bag = Lillie's bag, and Lillie's bag only. Anything else, it doesn't count and I can clip right through, because the only thing that is shown to hold a nebby is the crate and lillie's bag. And the crate is not a bag.
Teleportation is paradoxical, which means if I do teleport, I would mess something up in my wake, which happens in the pokemon franchise. Teleportation would also mean I die for a second and then I get revived.
Lillie's bag is not around my existence, and even then, I would teleport out of that existence just like I always do with Lillie's bag.
