So you think we are online 24/7 without real life, forced to help you the second you have a problem? Sorry, but I have to disappoint you. Thats not how it works. Every mod is doing their job voluntarily.
Also not everyone can help you with store stuff. Thats something for the support and no you wont get a response by the support immediately. It can take like one or maybe two days.
