There is no Forum Mod position. It's mod across the board.

Sad, I really wanted to. So if I apply for mod, but just for the Forum, I will get the mod position on the world and the forums if I get selected?

There is no position of moderating exclusively for one or the other. If you want to have a chance at becoming mod, you're going to need to be able to participate in both.
