When I was realllllly little we went to a circus
They had clowns
I was a shy little kid, and the clown tried to talk to us / do clownly things
I felt fear, as being a shy kid, I did NOT like that
I hated clowns for that.

(And amazingly, I have not seen an actual clown since then)

The joke here is, that last year there were a ton of kids running around dressed up as clowns trying to scare people so they had to outlaw any one person wearing the suit during halloween.

I was at my cabin place and it was nighttime, I was at the park and there was another kid next to me, suddenly I look over by the only light and see one of those creepy clowns, I just start laughing while the kid next to me is kinda just crying....
