i always loved this game but it wasnt until now that i realized that this battle means the loser will pay the ultimate price of their race to end

also that its a slow but epic af song

I know righ? If the Mario bros lose, their world will be enslaved (and they themselves might disappear since the past remains altered); if Shroob princess loses, her race might face total extintion due to the lack of a place to live.

mario and luigi partners in time was by far the darkest game of the saga...



also that the shaking of the elder princess shroob's arms always gave me really bad feelings...
i never liked things doing that movement, i also had a just-waking-up illusion where my brother was getting up to go to the bathroom... yet he looked like slenderman and the tentacles of his back were shaking like that

The first time i saw it i was like "wtf there's a stage two???" Lel

i also remember to have kicked my brother in the leg 5 times that time because of fright lol
... now i want to do it again

actually i expected the princess shroob to not be the final boss.
Why?
1. by full general rule, every final boss has at least a 2nd form, no matter how, they always have one, something the normal pricess shroob didnt have
2. the music itself speaks that this is a extremely powerful being, yet not the strongest one

and if you dont believe me, ill be pleased to give you examples
all sonic bosses have a 2nd form, perfect idk, 2nd phase shit...
The moonlord in terraria also has it, since the heart can be considered a 2nd phase
castle crashers' boss has like 6 phases
dream team's antasma battle can be considered the phase 1 of the final battle
etc...
