I was surprised by it as well. I always saw Jacky as one of those most hardcore Wynn players. No idea why he did what he did. Such a terrible way to go.
I actually feel sad that he wasted so much time and money on the server only to get banned by acting stupid and glitching.why would anyone throw all that away I don't understand it
Tbh, I actually kinda feel the same way, because, you're right, he did deserve the ban, because if he has spent so much time on the server, and NEVER realized that abusing glitches will get you banned? Then tbh, he deserves it.
i don't know if he has this mindset but by seeing some of his comments in his thread about crate rewards it almost seemed like he thought the mods were in the wrong and that they should have just patched the glitch and never have banned him
he could of put his knowledge into good use by telling the mods and showing them what he found, the fact he abused it to his own benefit baffles me, and the guild wars :(
Found at least 1 glitch every week.
Reported some of them, waited 3months at least, bug is not fixed.
Oh and it's not a minor bug but a large one.
It's just tired reporting bugs and not seeing them getting fixed. Plus this is my mainpoint, abusing bug is fun
It takes until an UPDATE to fix a bug, the entire "tired of bugs not getting fixed" it admittedly sounds more like an excuse... and that's coming from a guy who admittedly has made a lot, and I mean a LOT of excuses in my life.
@CuddleDragonHoke Reported a major bug 3months and seeing it's not getting fixed, reported a bug 1 year ago and it has not been fixed. It takes until an UPDATE to fix a bug? Not like they can fix server crashing bug within 1 day or LE duping or even my crate duping bug?
What I meant by that, is when you report the bug, it's not gonna come out fixed until an update comes out for the server. The issue is that, have you seen an update within the past 3 months? Cuz I haven't. Its either that they are fixing it, or they don't know how to fix it yet. Either that, or they just haven't gotten to fixing that issue
@CuddleDragonHoke bugs arent too hard to fix unless its an absolutely huge glitch that involves heaps of recoding etc. jacky has a point, the devs are great but they should organise their priorities with bug fixes. regardless, jacky abused some stupid glitch to his advantage and got himself banned. also sorry this is a bit of a necro but i just had to point it out.
this is even a bigger necro, but seeing as jpresent had made all these bugfixes without updating the map, I think we can agree that Jacky is kinda right
