Because there's enough reason not to let characters instantly reset themselves. You wouldn't want to see one of your class you have put the most effort into, getting removed in a second by mistake (or your brother), right?

But 11 days is way too much time to realise it's gonna get deleted ;-;

Nah I don't think so, if I do that everyone would start asking mod/admins just for their characters to reset, even though it's already designed that players should wait. (General Suggestion is the place to argue that)
