It seems that all air spears (excluding "mythic" spears since those are too rare to count) are too low level to be used in end-game builds. Every other element has a legendary strong enough for end-game use, but air relies on low-level variants too weak for end-game builds.
I kind of realized that, but in all seriousness the only air spear viable for end-game gameplay is one that appears out of nowhere without any warning, and is so rare less than 1% of the server's player base has one.
