If you have a Lament you plan on using, can you show me the stats?

Also do you prefer Mana Steal + Curse or more of a regular Water build one.

Curse works better with Mana Steal due to Lament's high amount and by both requiring melee for activation, but Mana Regen does work passively, making it better in non-combat scenarios.

Water Sanctuary isnt that good with lament I tested it before.

Without it, the build would feel very lack luster damage-wise. The health was already decent and there was enough mana steal.

I chose Contrast for a bonus 20% Exploding, totaling for 50% meaning about every 2 hits you get a ton of mana.

I chose Soulflare for bonus HP, sp, and Lifesteal + Mana Steal, so Mana gains are boosted and melee isn't penalizing.

exploding only works when you kill a mob...
