I don't play Overwatch, but looking things up, there's a few key details about Widowmaker that Qira lacks, among others.
-Age, Widowmaker is 33 while Qira was attacked by Gavellian forces long ago in the Hive, far longer than 33 years
-Nationality, Widowmaker is French while Qira is of unknown origins/has no discernable accent
-Skin colour, Widowmaker appears to be cyanotic and purple while Qira has pitch black skin
