i want an elemental tank warrior with 150+ def that does 20k spells, has at least 10 mana regen, 100% walk speed, super fast attack speed, 2k melee, 10 mana steal, 500 raw health regen, 100% exploding and 650 life steal
my budget is 2 le, no mythics, no hive item, no li item, and the build has to be lvl 92 max

Best I can do. Also you put 75% walk speed or 68 agi but also put 50% walk speed, so which did you mean

the original challenge had a bit more complicated first goal of the survivability section, so that's probably why it conflicted

hmm maybe i should make this into an actual challenge
