I've never used that build personally, but max mana regen is 14/4s

Do you know if the build is viable in the late game or is it more reasonable to go for a more typical spell archer build? The only problem i see with the build is its lack of move speed.

I can't remember who designed the original version of this, but it was definitely made to be endgame viable
