It's basically a gimmick wand. You can hold it to go supersonic speeds, but you need to constantly cast heal.

Sort of like Vanish/Shadow Clone in a sense. Speed for Mana.

Honestly Warp is pretty terrible. Unlike most walk speed items that only grant 10-25% walk speed, but add up to something much greater because you have 9 slots to buff your WS, you have to design your entire build around the Warp's negative stats, and in most cases, you get so much negative walk speed it ends up being better to use a WS build like a normal person.

pretty similar to what I think. But anyway, at least I wont be that dumb to sacrifise ALL my health and mana regen for just 1 meteor or 3 sec run, pretty unusable unless you dont care about that.
But generally, its the most trash wand i've seen.

Assassins: "Hey, look at my cool walk speed daggers like Slider and Weathered! They don't have the most walk speed, but they're still extremely useful for people who make their builds around it!"

Mages: "HEY GAIZ I MAED A WALK SPED WAND AM I COOL YET? IT HAS 200% WALK SPED!! BUT 2 BALANCE IT IT REMOOVS UR HEALTH AND MANA!"

Assassins: *quietly leaves the room*

I'm honestly getting tired of all these people not using their brain and just instantly jump to the conclusion: "warp sucks". You just wait till someone finds/buys one who actually knows what to do with it.

You just even skip the part of a thing called theory already. Also u know me I always talk shits in PVP but not pve, and then yes I agree we need to wait someone actually knows what to do with it, but I've already figured out the simpliest counter way, then I don't have to give fuck whoever to use it lmfao

So basically 'Pure' is better right
