The website map actually may work better thanks brid eye, or using them both together. The bigger problem is level distribution and fast travel. DnD goes up to level 20 while Wynn goes to level 100. So effectively it's like trying to balance Nemract and Ragni the same, but then I need to take into account the various XP per level changing things again.
And don't even get me started on having to go between Gavel and Wynn for a single quest. Scrolls exist, but how would I handle limiting them? Expensive? Long rest?
cancel all private fast travel options.
fast travel is for the whole party.
make llevigar and ragni level one and slowly increase the level as you go away from them
Naturally fast travel would be whole party, no way I'm splitting that much. I like the llevigar Ragni idea, making the two provinces both equally balanced
