The guy with the 25% got permabanned for duping and I don't think he's coming back, so that one's gone

But now you can appeal duping

If you have a way to contact DopeWolf, you could get him to appeal and come back, but he hasn't been on the forums in months either
Also, the 25% disappeared long before rerolls became a thing, so it has no rerolls + the free pre-1.14.1 reroll
