and I spent $75 on a Visa card to buy some stuff online for my girlfriend for Valentine's and I can't even use it unless I add it to a Paypal, and to transfer the money out I need my SSN and so.... lol

why does your school make you sign an order to hang out with someone of your opposite gender

the most our school does is make you sign a permission slip if you go out with someone not from the school on a dance

Sucks what happened to your ex, sometimes it is quite sad to see that being a bystander is encouraged. Make sure you are up to date with your homework despite all that is happening though! It is a lot harder to play catch up from behind than to keep them up to date.

As for the Visa card, I think what you intended to get was a visa gift card, which does not require any identification. You can try asking any of your friends if they want it for a lower price though.
