Stardew Valley (not strategy focused) [low price]
Crypt of the Necrodancer (rogue-like) [cheap on steam atm]

all where p fun. Milked ftl dry. Stardew was fun whilei t lasted, necrodancer is g od tier but got all teh replay value, and kingdom rush wasn't my cup of tea.

Banner Saga (heavy strategy game, quality reviews)

Gungeon (heard good things, idk)

Beginners Guide (Very meta game, quality story)
Evoland (Fantastic concept, Zelda style)
CrossCode (amazing game, still waiting for a sale personally)

haven't played around 70% of those games, but I found out about them when I was just browsing around. Read around and mostly confirmed that they are quality games.
