Assassin. You get Ivory, which is easily one of the top three defensive air items, even if it lowers your thunder damage

But if you are using a defensive air warrior, use Cloud Nine.

You could also use Fluffster, although it's only level 72

10/10 Best water-air assassin legendary (besides rewind... and slider) and you forget it.

On an unrelated note, we have a LOT of water-air legendaries for assassin
