Not quite. Only temwolf's posts get liked that much on her profile

The thing is, on @Temwolf 's profile, she likes every comment, and as I'm the "SkeleTemDog" of this profile, then I often come to like everything too. So, if you can make a BIG comment chain on her profile you can get more than on @CuddleDragonHoke 's profile, most of the times. But CuddleDragonHoke's profile always beat it on small ones. I think it's that.
