I mean i have applied b4 like a year ago? and i just said i was attempting to become a Moderator

... I don't think wynncraft has ever offered moderator applications so I'm not sure where you would have seen that. But the mod staff usually hand-picks prevalent community members that then go through a trial period. From what I've seen, asking to be moderator usually lowers your chances of becoming one :P
