Hand, foot and mouth is a really nasty little viral infection that kids usually pick up in nursery. My daughter caught it at nursery and was a little bit unwell with it - but then she gave it to me, and in adults, it's really bad! I spent a couple of days unable to get out of bed! Am still in a bit of pain now in my joints and muscles.

Hand foot and mouth disease. Ermaggerd that's the top percent of virus infections in my country. I got caught once. It wasn't a pretty sight.
