If you can get to the pokemon league poke center, and you talk to the guy at the cafe, he gives you a rare candy every time you feed your pokemon 5(?) pokebeans in pokemon refresh

Dude... any of the guys at the cafes give you a rare candy... you just have to have used 10 beans per rare candy...

I just did that earlier today, and I am only on the second island rn (I restarted)
