Nah that was me, sort of. Technically Needlr. I placed some old fight tracks in various boss arenas for Wynn quests. Amadel uses Nether's Lament for the first two phases, and the final one uses a track called Quest Boss. Neither are technically new, but the last one is "new" in that we only used it in like one place before the Hallowynn update.

I think ChaoticEncounter is only in all the boss altar battles.
