Everyone can get into Herb Cave even if they haven't beaten ToL.

Most people I see in herb cave tho are 68+ :/

Doesn't mean they actually beat CoW though. A lot of people get to 70 first to use the level 70 legendary weapons.

Well, true. One trend I've noticed though, is that once people are getting their classes to 100 and 101, they decide to grind out their level 60s and 50s, so they head to herb cave, and that's why I see less people in the demon lair and more in herb cave now.

But I guess the amount of people who can't complete ToL and/or don't have a level 100 and/or join existing parties in the cave outweighs those who have completed ToL and haven't already joined a party I guess.

Jeez, I just wrote a mini-essay.

Also totems are getting nerfed, so people are trying to power level their classes to 100.
I am one of those people.
I have every single quest from level 71 onwards (barring a few quests that I prioritized to open up locations) most from level 60+, and I'm currently using Greaves of Honor as my pants

I think I have enough quests to get to 100 on my archer.
