I wouldn't be able to, I'm 99% sure you can't do it by iPhone

If you know your old password you should be able to from Mojang's website. If your account is compromised you need to hurry before you're locked out. It should work on mobile.

Your account should be safe then, unless your email address is compromised. If someone had your old password, it will log them out automatically now. You'll have to enter your new password into the launcher next time you play the game.
