Okay so the issue is that we can't give individual player effects back. What bombs did you lose and how many?

just one xp bomb. Is it possible to get 2 or 3 crates to get some common stuff I lost or do crates apply to 'no refunds'

The issue was that when the rank was given back to you it gave you the new rewards that came with it, it was basically an override of the old version. The new ranks doesn't offer effects while the old ranks did.

Ok, thanks. I guess that's why I kept my pets since they aren't a donator feature.
