Ok ok, I checked the thread, and it seems the scam claims seem to be true according to other people.

You and any other people who think this person is scamming should simply report him and let the mods handle it. If he is breaking the rules, then yes, he should be punished, but, do me and many other people a favor and don't let this escalate to a flame war, for everyone's sake. Have a fun day.
