I think he said something along the lines of "I'm horny over your profile picture"

My translation is "right now I have the horny for your profile picture."

Oo ok so in french it's like: "En ce moment je suis excité par ta photo de profile" ('maintenant' was correct but 'en ce moment' is a bit better for this sentence ^^
