It's complicated, but I just saw some shit go down on a discord server, and some guys expressed some opinions that I personally don't agree with. Of course I was 12 hours late to the conversation so I couldn't've participated in the conversation even if I wanted to. (I'm more of a person who ominously watches from the backround instead of participating) the whole ordeal just put me in a bad mood.
Aw, i know that feel, but it almost always goes away the next hour or so, i simply start to ignore them and focus on other things i like to forget about it
Yeah but I kinda have an anger problem that I've been keeping under wraps for the past 5-6 years. Usually when stuff like this happens I end up pacing in a circle for around 2 1/2 hours.
try attempting to restart the conversation but get a say this time, get shut down and so throw your computer at the wall and run around the house 4 times before falling down the stairs and getting knocked out
Try watching some funny videos or listening to calming, ambient music. Maybe spend some time with your pets (if you have any) or your family; or take a walk and enjoy the outside for a bit.
